[TechAssist] RCA PS36600 CTC197CK Int Video/Shutdown

Make : RCA/Proscan
Model : PS36600
Chassis : CTC197CK

Problem : TV will lose video signal intermittently. OSD & Audio (from audio
outputs) remain. Screen goes black BUT if you look real closely you can see
a very,very faint dark outline of the video!

When it loses video we switched to the video 2 input which has a DVD hooked
up & had the same symptom...so I believe that rules out the tuner causing
the problem.

This set already has the tuner mods from TV97-021 & TV98-001A.

We had installed a new coil L12302 from past problems we have seen....TV was
fine for over a month...now its baaaccck!


We also have a NEW problem this time!  The set will turn off by itself &
when it's turned back on we get the initial first time use setup message as
if the set was unplugged!
