[TechAssist] RCA PS31122 Chassis CTC169EJ5.(SAM4553)

I need the RCA parts Number for this parts C402 and CR402 my problem is the 
picture is bow at the sides. I think it is the problem because the value of 
the capacitor is .056J 400v. and it measure 21.7 Pico F. what do you think?]
thank for any help.
Note: the original problem was a vertical line from the top to the bottom I 
change C403K .047 250 V. RCA PART #197518. and it solve that problem.
