[TechAssist] RCA PROJ TV MDL: P46738AT ARCING/BAD H/V SPLITTER

Hello,
Set has no picture and makes a loud arcing sound
when power button is depressed, noticed arcing from
the h/v splitter assy which by the way looks VERY
difficult to remove.
Looks like P/n 40431-090 is on it's side label.
So, how much of a pain to remove this thing, and how
much does RCA sell it for? I'm trying to work up an
estimate for the customer as they wish to have it
repaired.
Do the CRT Assy's need to be remove for easier
access to the splitter. If anyone has service
history info available for this please share it.
