Could be! Thats what Thomson T/A suspects. Cant reproduce the complaint
anymore, although it did happen the first time we tested it. Gave the mode
switch a shot of contact cleaner and put it in record. If its still working
at the end of the day it goes back to the customer. She said if she doesnt
have it back by Saturday she was going to run over to WalMart to see what
the camcorder was like that is on sale for $150.
