[TechAssist] Re: RCA P61310 HDTV

Boy that sucks. You'd think they'd be extra careful on the Q,Control. I 
thought maybe you might have programming or like i said in one of my 
post yesterday, that the customer might be using the guide plus and 
locking himself out of normal tuner operation.
