[TechAssist] RCA P52754AT chas. PTK 178LB Power supply dead

Lightning damaged:
Replaced shorted Q4101 (chopper output),  U4101 reg ic, Q4101 5v. reg,
u3101, u3102 micro/eprom kit.
Checked all associated parts in immediate chopper ckt area. 5v standby is
now working, and when pwr is pressed the micro tries to turn on q3101 switch
going to u4101 pwm controller. I have checked to ground all power supply
sources coming off of T101 chopper transformer and didn't find any low ohms.
I have searched all three of my tip programs and none of them seem to have
any information on this particular PTV and rca fix-finder didn't have hardly
anything on it either.
They must have only made only one model of these and decided that it was a
bad design and not made any more of them.
ANYWAY,  I sure would appreciate any help on this one.
