pin 16 is 11.3v in stby B+ is 143.4 pin 3 is .05v Seems to be working now. Changed a couple more caps, I think c4705 (680uF 35v) is the one that fixed it. Looks like it is in the H drive circuit, 25v supply. I'll change the caps near the micro that you suggested just to be sure, though they don't look leaky. Thanks, guys.
