This one will power up and run fine, unless it is cold and the a.c. line voltage is over 112 volts. Below that it works. Over that it is very slow to start when the remote power is pressed, and sometimes will not start at all. PS has been rebuilt with all of the typical components, the primary 4 caps and chip, and CR4118 and its cap in the sec. The 5v standby reg transistor and the 12 volt run transistor (this one was keeping the run voltage low) were changed. There was goo from the rubber spacers melting in the PIP module but this seemed to not affect anything. Any ideas on slow start issues?
