Rechecked CRT's red , green, guns OK, Blue emission life test Bad, gave
blue gun a shot with my sencore restorer, with blue back, I could see pulsating
blue ,sort of like a shorted crt.
In my haste to get it finished, I was too careful with anode lead to HV
splitter, was not all the
way seated, causing the blue problem!

That is probably not coolant, the rubber decomposes, I scrape silicone
sealant with a razor blade(put tape over anode cavity to keep silicone out),
clean with acetone.I use the anode cup from an RCA fly kit where I did not
use the lead. The RCA cup fits perfectly. Also check the shield around
anode cup, usually has a hole burned in it, hth.

H.O.xistor, c4402, horiz. dr. cap., checked and replaced 2.2, 15, 39, 470

Checked all standby voltages , all, right on...
