This looks like the ctc203 power supply (and others).
I would replace these parts as a set:
TP20 244223
TP524 215496 smd
TP23 147665
TP22 232218
TP552 215495 smd
IP01 257786
IP50 231525
RP20 244215 .1ohm 3w
RP21 244214 43ohm 1/4W
test dp30 16v 1/5w 244224
With DP22 bad I would replace
DP22 198589
DP06 232221 47v 1.3w zener
check rp05 47k, rp06 6.8k rp28 3.3k
rp27 1M
