Remove the solder from all 12 ground points inside the tuner. Then carefully
resolder all points. If a glob of solder over shoots it's area , very strange

I have one same mofel & chassis that has a strange tuner problem also.
Mine does not recieve Ch 18-20 & 51-59. All of the other channels are
great. I too have done the tuner wrap & supply voltages. I am stumped.
Have been trying to get a hold of TCE Tech Line, this is apparentlya common
problem for this chassis. Will let you know if I ever get hold of tech line
& what they say.
