[TA-A] RCA MODEL D52W20B (ITC222) NO TURN ON

 Dear forum members,
I've aquired an RCA, ITC222, and this is my first.
From what I understand they are a problem child
and have a lot of problems.  I would hate to repair
it and have it fail in a few months.   So I ask you,
what is the latest scuttle butt on this model or 
chassis?. Your coments would be appreciated.

Symptom:  Power light comes on, then flashes on
momentarily every 3 to 5 seconds.  I here no high
voltage fire up, or audio pop.  Didn't have time to 
perform any measurements, because I forgot tools
that remove those od-ball screws.
