Yes, BUH517 or 223942 is the correct horiz out. The B+ to the horiz should be +140v with power on. The IHVT is somewhat of a common problem but I would not change it for no reason. If the horiz out runs hot but plays OK, I would check C4303, C4306, R4402 and T4301. If it insists on running hot I would replace it with a 2SC5129 but I would not use any other replacement. The 2SC has a faster switch time and seems to run cooler. HTH, John.
