[TechAssist] RCA F38310 stuck in program guide

Is anyone familiar with this particualr set? I don't see many RCA's in
my neck of the woods. The complaint from the customer is that the set
has no sound, no picture and it is stuck in program guide. They cannot
change channels etc.
the unit is quite aways from me and I would like to be prepared before I
go on this one to save on those double trips.
