NO, NO, NO Phil: Somebody wrote that they didn't know what chassis but they
new of a problem like yours with those two bad caps, 1000uf@35v  and I
stupidly mentioned a PTK195 had a high failure rate on those caps. I thought
that was a common fix and everyone would figure out what was going on. I
never intended to suggest that the ATC113 had them. Disregard. I should have
never said anything. I thought maybe someone could find that helpful, but,
my mistake.

I see no 1000uf@35v at edge of chassis.
Ant location numbers??? Or is this a "chassis cross-post"?
