[TA-A] Re: RCA F35750ST (CTC169BG5) SHUT DOWN WHEN P1905 CONNECTED to AUDIO PCB

I DON'T KNOW IF I READ ALL MESSAGES ON THIS PROBLEM BUT, IT JUST DAWNED ON ME.
YOU SAY THAT IT SHUTS DOWN WHEN POWER CONNECTOR TO AUDIO IS CONNECTED. I BET
YOU HAVE A LEAKY SUPPLY DIODE THAT WORKS UNTIL YOU INTRODUCE THAT LOAD. ANYTIME
I WORK ON ONE OF THESE 169S', I CHANGE ALL SUPPLY DIODES. THEY USE TO CAUSE ME
ALL KINDS OF NIGHTMARES. IF YOU REPLACE THESE YOU WILL SAVE ON RECALLS.James
