[TechAssist] RCA F35731MB "DOA"

Need your expert advise on this RCA F35731MB.  Customer claims he had 
vertical shrinkage and now the set is totally dead.  I have done as much 
checking as I can (without a schematic on this one).  Changed caps that are 
known to be common failures.  Other than that, I know very little about this 
set.  Any suggestions?
