[TechAssist] RCA F35731MB CTC169JS6 - Shuts off when signal source is connected.

John,
The Hi-voltage reads 31K.
The 200 volt source reads 191.8 volts.
The screen reads 312 volts.( turning it down, does not help ).
Picture Geometry is perfect. Picture is NOT bowed. Looks perfect.
