[TechAssist] Re: RCA F35676MB CTC197CD need resistor value

The resistor is part no. 238295, 30K ohms at 3
watts, and 5%.
I haven't seen any of these either, and if this
customer wouldn't let the set come to the shop, I
wouldn't see his either.
