Usually in this chasis the cause is a shorted hot caused by the flyback.If you
replace both,make sure that you check CR4106 for shorts.After replacing the
above
parts,in standby mode,check for -40v at pin 1 of the reg.If its there,than more
than likely the reg.is ok.hth.
