[TechAssist] RCA F27634ET, CTC187BJ dead, CR106 shorted...

Set was dead, fuses OK. HOT showed short but was good when removed. The 
collector's  B+ voltage source was shorted. Traced back to a  shorted 
diode CR106 (CR4106?). This diode uses a  100mfd@200V cap as a filter, 
C107K. This cap checks good. I am replacing both diode and cap. Does 
this diode shorting indicate anything else I need to worry about?
