I just tried opening the files on a CTC203 Automan CD and I was able to 
do it 2 ways. Now this CD is from Feb 2001 so maybe mine aren't 
encrypted and yours are?

I use PowerDesk Pro 5 file manager which features an image viewer that 
will show the schematics.

Also, Corel Draw 11 or 12 (maybe older versions too) will open the 
schematics.

These files are in .dwg format which is AutoCad so that should be 
another option if you happen to have it. The files are only 200k- 300k 
on average because they are vector formatted, not bit-map as are photos.
