[TechAssist] RCA DVD DRC220N loading problem

This thing only loads so far. I changed the belt thinking it was slipping
but it is still not loading enough. I think there must be some kind of
timing circuit as the motor runs the same amount of time with the belt on or
off. I can't find any switches for the tray. Has anyone run into this
before? I have nothing on it.
