[TechAssist] RCA D61W20 HD problem

Hi everyone..
This one has me a little confused!BIG surprise..
One of our store accounts called today with a problem with
a RCA D61W20W (ITC222 chassis). When the set is switched
to composite input for HD reception the picture goes out
of sync and 3 side-by-side pictures appear. We have had
problems at this location before with Panasonic sets out
of HD sync but they ALL did it. They use a distribution=20
system at this location and send the signal to 100 sets
all of which (other RCA's too) are working.=20
Any thoughts????
