[TechAssist] RCA D61W135D ATC221 Picture Format troubles

I received a call from someone with a new ATC221 with a problem I never heard 
of yet. They say that the picture format/size is changing by itself after 
warmup. It goes from 4:3 through zoom and to 16:9 then turn right back around 
and goes back through to 4:3 and over and over. The osd doesn't display when 
this happens and the problem stops if they change the channels but then after a 
wait it starts all over again. 
My best guess, unless anyone has a better one, is maybe they have a "energy 
saver" light in the room. I had one of these cause intermittant trouble before 
in other chassis but haven't heard of problems with these.  My only problem 
with this idea is the osd doesn't display when it happens. Unless anyone can 
tell me they experienced different. 

I would appreciate any help on this.
