[TechAssist] RCA Combo 13TV972 (VDP13/VR21) HV OK. No Video!

Hoping some one has a print for this unit that can be downloaded . . The
customer broke the front panel on/off button and used some tool to toggle
the power on and off, till the set quit.
I am afraid he damaged the micro by shorting some thing. The VCR will play
if you put in a tape, but no video on the TV, no video through the tuner
also. The front button panel does not work. I do have the power supply
voltages and 5 volts to the front panel tack switches. Following the signal
from the tack switch leads me to the micro but that is as far as I can go
without a print. I checked the main board for cracks etc no luck.
Not worth buying a print for this unit, the micro is a small square surface
mount type with over 100 pins will not attempt to change if it is the
problem.
