[TechAssist] RCA Chipper-checker--follow-up

We got in a TV CTC197, working pwr. supply--the chipper-checker works
ok now.
Just a note , an external 5v supply will not fire up the Eeprom on the
chassis board-even if the set works ok!
Must take more than just the 5v.
You have to search for the help files to learn how to use the CC.
