Mike, replace the regulator and also the small signal type's in the same
area at the primary of the power supply. These transistors may test good but
have to be changed.
I went through the same problem, ( as long as the H.V section is OK).
If you change the main regulator and the set will not start, you have to
replace the small transistors I think they are Q14102 and Q14103.
I can look up the part numbers if you get stuck.
