[TechAssist] Re: RCA CTC197CD F32676SB (Dead)

I summated a question on the CTC197 yesterday, I got a couple responses but
I already replaced the flyback and it still pulses 3 times and that's it. I
am wondering if I got a bad replacement flyback. It cam in an original RCA
box but the black cover on the bottom that covers the legs was all dirty
with what looked like was mud that dried. I have never seen a new part come
like this guess I will send it back and try another just to be safe.
