[TechAssist] Re: RCA CTC187 slow cold start.

Defective tnr gnd connections is the most likely cause of the cold start
symptom, + a whole bunch more, such as: insf vertical; no start; no color;
erratic loss of pict/snd; static in pict.

Defective ground connections in the path from(cpu to eeprom)can and will
corrupt the data stored in the eeprom.
