[TechAssist] RCA CTC187 slow cold start.

Got a Model F32632 with a CTC187 Chassis. Customer complains of a very slow 
cold start. Everything fine after warm up. PIcked the unit up Saturday and it 
starts fine here....cold, hot...it makes no difference. Have not pulled the 
chassis yet, however I will do a tuner wrap and check for bad joints. Anyone 
had this before?
