[TechAssist] RCA CTC185AB need info on regulator

This set came in dead and I put the kit in 231523. Now when turned on I get
56V from regulator. I rang flyback and timing test says 12.4ms which is
right and the load test is 56 which is ok. I know I saw on here that there
was a transistor mix-up in the kits. Does someone have that post or the info
about what could be wrong. The customer wants this today and I don't have
much time to find the problem. I will be hunting now, if anyone has any help
please post. Thanks
