Not that I can find (scat) do you have one in electonic format if so what

Peter do you have a scat? My scat says 7.5V on pin 20, it's the horizontal
B+. It comes from Q4115 the standby switch. The voltages on it are E=12V
C=12V B=11.4V pin 29 is the standby pin on micro.
