Where is C4402? I found a C402 and a C402K on the board. The C402K is
a blue cap with a value of 0.056F at 400 volts, whereas C402 is a 2.2uF
electrolytic. C4102/104/108 all test good, so should I still replace
them?

C4402 is open or c4102 or c4108 has changed value
replace C4402 and cr4402, c4102, c4108 and maybe c4104
cr4118 should be replaced for reliability
