RCA~CTC169~VERTICAL COLLAPSED NO VERTICAL SWEEP~~~~REPLACE CR8002 &
Q4201 LEAKY & Q4202 SHORTED IN VERTICAL~CIRCUIT ALSO CHECK CR4504
VERTICAL DAMPER DIODE IT MAY BE~SHORTED~~~~
RCA~CTC169~Vert collapse U1001-29 had no output pulses and the DC
measured~~~~Replaced leaky Q4202.~~~~~~
RCA~CTC169~The set had no Vertical* only a line appeared on the
screen.~~~~C4501~~~~~~
RCA~CTC169~Pix missing/No Vertical deflection.~~~~T4301~~~~~~
RCA~CTC169~NO VERTICAL SWEEP~~~~REPLACE Q4201 DEGAUSS SWITCH TRANSISTOR
OR CR4504 DIDODE SHORTED~~~~~~
RCA~CTC169~No Vertical or erratic vertical~Very erratic: lines running
through the picture as vertical was breaking down. It eventually ended
up with complete loss of vertical then back to a good picture for
awhile~~~Found Ground wire from points E26A to E26B connections
intermittent. Removed wire* cleaned off hot glue* cut off wire ends and
reinstalled wire~~~~~~
RCA~CTC169~No Vertical deflection.~~~~R4507~~~~~~
RCA~CTC169~No Vertical~~~~Capacitor C4520 was open. Replacing C4520
repaired the set.~~~~~~
RCA~CTC169~NO PICTURE HAS SOUND & HIGH VOLTAGE~~~~REPLACE LEAKY VERTICAL
DAMPER DIODE CR4504 LOCATED AT SCR501~VERT SWITCH U4501-1 VERT DRIVE IC~~~~~
RCA~CTC169JS6~NO HOR SWEEP* ONLY VERTICAL
LINE~~~~C4403(0.48/250V-#197518)~~~~~~
RCA ~CTC169 ~No Vertical ~~~CTC169 ~Poor solder on C511~~~~~~
