John, Put a 100W bulb across the 2.7ohm if lite is brite you have a short. Not much in that circuit other then diodes and caps. Feeds +33V and 150V.. You said you replaced fly and HOT.. Make sure one of the collector caps are not shorted. Just ohm collector to ground..
