(Jim, please do not cross post).  Pulsing on/off problems
could be the yoke.  I'd check the traces all around the
buffer (Q2901) because this definitely sounds like a problem
with Q2901, particularly between the B-E.  May also be Q2706,
U3100, Q3107, C3319, Q3102, Q4401, T4301 & L4001.

RCA CTC157 chassis,video and audio mute intermittent

Replaced Q2901 but no change, problem starts after about a
ten minute warm up, then it is just on and off at random. HV,
filaments, vertical, etc all ok as well as OSD, just goes to
a blank screen and no sound.

Has anyone seen this? Thanks.
