[TechAssist] Re: RCA CTC157 Luma Buffers Repeat Failure!

In a pinch I've used the ECG159 and have had them fail but never had a
143806 fail unless the pix tube had intermittent short. Possibly  check 
with CRT tester and remove any shorts with pix tube laying on face. Just 
my 2 cents.
