[TechAssist] RCA CTC146L

Have a 20" set here that will autoprogram, but does not lock any Ch. into
memory. Also when Cable is selected, by the time it has gone thru the
autoprogram function set has switched itself back to antenna. Have changed
tuner, and adjusted L3232 for proper voltage. Still no go.When set is
switched back to Cable..all channels can be randomly accessed. Any ideas on
this.
    I realize we are working with a small "brainpool" this week, (not the
brain part ...but the pool).
