Bill, the CRT socket could be bad, and check C710 around the
chroma/luma IC.

Bright screen with retrace lines, sound ok.
No video, no OSD
224 volt supply to crt board is ok.
Waveforms look good coming out of U2700.
Any help will be appreciated.
