tighten screws to chopper power transistor and solder leads to socket.
If still won't come on look for single red wire from tuner assembly that
plugs in near power supply
with ac power applied pull this wire loose , if set powers on (will have
loud volume and raster on screen but no tuner operation)
go back and recheck tuner control assembly, usually solder connections and
bad electrolytic caps.
If still doesn't come on look for power supply problems
