[TechAssist] RCA CTC 169PK shuts down

Trys to come on 3 times and shuts down Xrp shutdown.
We have 1.5v on pin 22 of IC 1001. We have replace
Q4901,CR4902,cr4901,IC1001 and caps in circuit. Undo
collector of q4901 and set runs ok, no symptom
shows.e-b volts on q4901 running 16v. anyone have a
tip? Thanks Ben
