[TechAssist] RCA CTC 167C H.O. shorts

Working on a RCA CTC167C horizontal output transistor shorts out in about=
half
an hour, Gets quite hot right from the start,Picture is normal till then,=
Have
129 volts from regulator to h.o. and 17.8 on driver which are right on,caps=
ok
in driver circuit, And used original RCA in output,T.I.A.For any help
