Has menu and display... Display? You mean has a picture from the video
input jack? If so, look to the front edge of the chassis to the right
(as viewed from rear) and look for a resistor(I think a 1 watt) that
delivers the +33V tuner voltage from a rectifier in the secondary of
the smps transformer.Sorry for the vaguemness but I'm, home at
present. There is no 33 volts to the tuner. Resistor open.
