[TechAssist] RCA 27V530T comes on shuts off

RCA 27V530T (ITC008)
Customer said after storm pix had lines in it. When I pushed power hv came
up no audio, relay clicked off, a few seconds later back on,cycle repeats
indefinitely, turning up G2 shows blank raster. This first ITC008 I have
seen , a trouble shooting flow chart, a scan of print, or any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.
