[TechAssist] Re: RCA 27V530T ITC 008 chassis

Mine too ran all night and is still running but I also have that slight
momentary wiggle when the channel is changed. Perhaps the resistor is not
the problem but we appear to be in the vicinity of the problem like the caps
in that same circuit area, thus we "altered" the circuit with the 910 ohm
resistor and somehow "compensated" somewhat affecting the signal at pin 17
and therefore have that "wiggle".
