[TechAssist] Re: RCA 27R410T

Those things are used because the surface mount parts are put on by
automated machines that can only handle parts of certain shapes and
dimensions and then the board passes through an oven that melts the solder
on everything. I just use a little piece of wire for a zero ohm jumper.
