[TechAssist] RCA 25GT33 retrace lines

ThisCTC157c came in whith a bright screen with retrace lines, tuning dow the
screen control to mininmum (265Volts) gets the brightness down but I cannot
eliminate the retrace lines. Anyone know this fix?
