[TechAssist] Question on hotel set philips PL0125C121

Hi all. 
I have a Philips PL0125C121 in the shop. The exact model in not in the Force 
program. The problem is that the interface module to connect to Lodgenet 
appears to be bad. The set works great in the shop but when you plug in the 
cables 
for lodgenet the remote will not work. Philips does not have these modules. 
The part number is 313912727371. Anyone work on these sets and have a drawing? 
Has anyone had this problem? I have 3 sets ikn the shop with the same sympton.
