We had a MW20FM1 in for service and it was the same as an Orion TDC2075.
There is a DVD circuit board, and there is a parts breakdown for the DVD
mechanism. The only DVD "clunker" I had seen was one where the clamper plate
had come off and when I first put it back on I pressed it down a little too
far on the spindle motor shaft.
This model is probably also an Orion unit which means you could compare
parts prices. Fox is the exclusive Orion parts distributor.
